types of massage using various techniques to facilitate and achieve
the best results.
Our massage modalities
include the following:
 Swedish
Massage
Called classic
massage in Sweden, this massage is the basic oil massage in Europe
and North America. Using kneading, gliding and percussion as
the three massage techniques, the classic form has been stretched
and altered in innumerable ways. Always using oil, it can be
hard or soft, general or specific.
Therapeutic Massage
A massage using palms and fingertips to apply pressure that flows
rhythmically from one to the other to stimulate blood
circulation, relieve
tightness and promote relaxation. The oil
enriches the skin and
combines with
the massage techniques to refresh and renew the body.
Aromatherapy Massage

Massage!)
This is a Swedish massage that includes the use of essential
aromatic oils of your choice based on
the scent and relaxing
effect it provides.
Aromatherapy massage is
a very pleasant and relaxing experience.

Massage
Stressed from work?

bruised and battered from taking down that monster buck? ...need to
Relax? There's nothing quite like a massage after a long day
of fishing and hunting, not to mention after a year's hard work. Enjoy our new Outdoorsman Massage, a mixture of Swedish and Deep
Tissue Techniques - it's sure to relax and relive sore muscles.
Deep
Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue massage is aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the
muscle and fascia, also called connective tissue. Deep Tissue
massage uses many of the same movements and techniques as Swedish
massage, but the pressure will generally be more intense.
Sunburn Soother
Pure aloe vera gel is renowned for its hydrating and soothing
properties, which are ideal for sun-burnt, irritated and weathered
skin. It cools down the skin and reduces the body temperature
as it generates new cell growth.

Appointments are normally scheduled between the hours of 8 a.m. to 6
p.m., all week.
