- Full Week stays are required from June thru August.
- Three day minimum stay required during non-prime season holiday weekends
- Deposits:
- A deposit of $200 per rental week is required for Arrowhead Lodge.
- A deposit of $500 per rental week is required for Antler Lodge.
- All other cabins require a deposit of $100 per cabin per week.

- Extra Person Charge: $25 per day or $125 per week for each additional person over cabin’s included base rate occupancy. No additional people over cabin maximum without prior arrangements.

- Children 12 and under stay FREE from May 1 thru Labor Day! (Age 13 & up considered adults)

- Roll-away beds and cribs are available upon request – based on availability.
- All daytime guests must register at lodge. We reserve the right to charge for day visitors.
- The full amount of your reservation must be paid even if you leave early.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Money Orders, Cash and Personal Checks. Sales tax is 7.875%.
- Credit Card Surcharge: There is a 4% surcharge on all credit card charges at the resort.
- Firewood is available for $6 per bundle.
- Pets are allowed but are subject to our Pet Policy.
Check-In time 2 p.m. – Check-Out time 10 a.m.
Early Check-In or Late Check-Out’s will be charged an extra 1/2 day rental.

Full hookup and large lots are $1950 – $2100/season (includes lawn maintenance). Phone lines, cable TV and internet access are available via the local telephone company. Call 218-246-8501 for more information and availability. Please do not leave pets unattended. Please see our Pet Policy for further details. Lot rents are not refundable.

A limited number of regular campsites are available. Call 218-246-8501 for availability.
Tent sites w/water and elec. — $40/night or $280/week + tax
Campsite reservations must be paid in full when made. No refunds are available for Camping reservations.
Limit 1 tent and up to 5 people per site.

- All boats and motors will be charged for total time reserved – no exceptions. No rate credit will be given for weather-related use limitations of watercraft rentals during your stay.
- Gas and oil is not included in boat/motor or pontoon rentals, but is available on-site.
- You must agree to pay, with credit card or with bank certified check, for any and all damage caused by you during your rental agreement. Your signature stating this will be required on a rental agreement prior to leaving the dock.
- You must agree to pay, on credit card or with bank certified check, full day rental fees for any days the watercraft is out of service due to damage caused by you during your rental agreement. Your signature stating this will be required on a rental agreement.
- 7.875% Minnesota Sales tax/County Sales tax is applicable.
- A 4% credit card surcharge applies to all purchases made via credit card.
- Minnesota State Law requires one life jacket per person onboard every watercraft. A seat cushion flotation device is also required onboard any watercraft 16ft or longer. You will be fiscally responsible for any life jacket violations you incur. Seat cushions are not legal in lieu of life jackets.
- Life jackets, fish nets and minnow buckets are available for rent upon request, subject to availability.
- Gas, and oil are sold at the resort.
- We do not sell fishing licenses. (Licenses and bait are sold at a store 1/2 mile from the resort)
- A fish cleaning house is available and extra freezer space is free of charge.
- Boats may not be trailered to other area lakes – no exceptions.
