Making Reservations at
Little Winnie
We are pleased you've decided to be our
guests this year. Since our availability information changes
rapidly, we do not provide that information on our website. Instead,
please fill out our Availability Form
or call our Toll Free Reservations Number: 1-800-346-8501 for
availability, information or to reserve your cabin.
Once we have confirmed your reservation by phone, we ask that you
send in our reservation form
along with the deposit listed per cabin per week. This form must be
filled out completely, signed and mailed to us at: Little Winnie
Resort, 55671 County Road 9, Deer River, MN 56636. We will
hold a cabin for 10 days from the date of our telephone conversation
to allow time for your reservation form and deposit to reach us.
Please list on the reservation form the names of all persons staying
in the cabin.
Check-In Time: 2 p.m.
Check-Out Time: 10 a.m.
Early Arrivals or Late Checkouts will be charged an extra 1/2 day
rental
Please respect our check-in and
check-out times so that we can properly clean all of the cabins.

Deposits are refundable if reservation
is canceled more than 60 days before your arrival date. If
cancellation is received less than 60 days before your arrival it
will be refunded (less a $20 cancellation fee) only if we are able
to re-rent your cabin. You are responsible for the entire
length of your reservation. No credit will be given for late
arrivals or early departures. Daily reservations require a one night

Our Pet Policy: Pets are
allowed in our cabins but must not be left unattended. We
require that pets be kept on leash and that you clean up after your
animal. Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by
their pet(s). Please note that we will not be held responsible for
any accidents caused by dog fights. We do have dogs ourselves.
Any loss, damage, or extensive cleaning incurred will be charged to
you.
Pet charge: $15/day/pet or
$75/week/pet
Extra Person Charge -- Our
cabin rates are based on a fixed number of guests per cabin as noted
on our Rates page. An extra person charge will be applied for
each person exceeding that number. We require prior
notification if you will have additional persons staying in the
cabin. No guests beyond the stated maximum occupancy will be
allowed.

All Holiday
reservations require a 3 night minimum stay.
Fall and Winter daily rates require a 3 night minimum stay.
All cabins are
equipped with TV, appliances, dishes, pots, pans, coffee pot,
toaster, crock pot, Charcoal grill, picnic table and outdoor fire
ring. We also provide dish soap, toilet tissue and trash bags.
Some cabins are also equipped with microwaves.
All bed linens are provided, extras are available. Please
request linens for hide-a-beds when making reservation.
Towels and washcloths are NOT provided.
Our swimming pool is not available from September 5 - May 31.
Cribs & highchairs are available at no charge, but are reserved on a
first-asked, first-served basis
A 6.5% Sales Tax will be applied to all rentals.
